Inquiry-based Meetings

Purpose

Inquiry-based PLCs use a collaborative cycle to identify student learning needs, implement effective instructional practices, monitor progress, and evaluate impact. The process helps teams move from discussing teaching to improving student outcomes.

Teams clarify expectations, analyze evidence of learning, identify a shared need, implement and refine high-impact instruction, and evaluate impact to continuously improve outcomes for all students.
